A dedicated production and analytical CGMP facility has been set up since 2008 for manufacturing Nicotine , Nicotine Polacrilex, Nicotine ditartrate dihydrate and other nicotine salts . The facility is ”WHO” GMP certified .
The facility uses latest technology and processes where the API’s are produced in a safe environment with no human touch. Automatic powder transferring systems are used for powder handling. The packaging section is class 100000 with airconditioning to avoid product degradation. Laboratory with all equipments required for testing as per US and EP is set up which has all latest equipments. DMF and CEP are also available for our products Nicotine USP/EP and Nicotine Polacrilex 20 % USP/EP.
